How does phase scheduling work?
When you set your prep calendar (contest date or training block), we map your bulk, cut, and peak-week phases automatically. Your subscription switches SKUs and quantities on the right dates — no manual reorders needed.
What happens if I need more bottles than my plan includes?
Extra bottles are billed at $3.50 each. For frequent overages, upgrading to the next tier is usually more economical. You can adjust your plan at any time.
How does the coach GMV take-rate work?
When athletes order through your coach storefront or team code, we apply a 6% fee (or 4% on Enterprise) to cleared orders. You manage the storefront; we handle fulfillment and billing.
Can I pause my subscription during the off-season?
Absolutely. Pausing is a first-class action on every plan. Resume when your next training block starts and we will pick up from the right phase.
What does batch verification include?
Every bottle carries a QR code that links to the batch page showing farm origin, lot tracking, and attached third-party lab reports covering pesticide, microbial, and brix results.
